How to Use Snowfall Biz

For homeowners and renters: check your ZIP, post a plow, shovel or ice job, request a seasonal contract, and chat with your worker. Here is the quick version. The full guide has every step with screenshots.

Quick steps

    Get the app or use the websiteiPhone: get Snowfall Biz on the App Store. Any phone or computer: open biz.snowfallcommandcenter.com. Android is coming soon, so use the website for now.

    Check your ZIPTap I need help, type your ZIP and tap Continue. Outside the area? Join the waitlist.
  3. 3
    Sign in with an email codeAgree to the Terms, type your email and enter the code we send. No password to remember. You must be 18 or older.
  4. 4
    Post a jobTap Post, choose One-off job, pick the service, your town and ZIP, and when: as soon as possible or up to 5 days. Tap Post job.

    Or request a seasonal contractOne address, the whole winter, one price set by Snowfall. Requests are accepted through December 1 while open.
  6. 6
    Chat and see photosWhen a worker accepts, a private job chat opens. Workers add before and after photos. Use Report or Block if something is wrong.
