Terms of Use
Snowfall Command Center LLC
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.snowfallcommandcenter.com (the “Site”), operated by Snowfall Command Center LLC (“Snowfall Command Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the Site only. Seasonal driveway contracts, municipal agreements, and contractor arrangements are governed by their own written contracts. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service contract, the signed contract controls for that engagement.
1. Who we are / what the Site is for
Snowfall Command Center helps connect winter plow capacity with municipalities and property owners in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including the Nashua, NH corridor and the Lowell, Chelmsford, Tyngsborough, and Andover area. The Site provides general information and a way to contact us. It does not create a customer account, online store, or automatic service booking.
2. No professional or municipal advice
Site content is general information only. It is not legal, engineering, emergency-management, or procurement advice, and it is not an offer that a municipality or contractor must accept. Always confirm details with us in writing before relying on pricing, coverage, timelines (including any “fleet by November 1” style statements), or scope.
3. Contact and inquiries
You may contact us at nathaniel.dale@snowfallcommandcenter.com or 774-737-2058. You agree that information you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to discuss the property or organization you name.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Use Site content to suggest we endorse a product, town, or company without our prior written consent.
5. Intellectual property
Site text, graphics, logos, and layout are owned by Snowfall Command Center or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal evaluation of our services. You may not copy, modify, or republish Site content for commercial use without our prior written permission, except for fair use or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Third-party links
Links to third parties are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site (including service descriptions or example pricing) is complete or current.
Winter operations depend on weather, access, equipment, staffing, and municipal or property conditions. Nothing on the Site guarantees storm outcomes or response times.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOWFALL COMMAND CENTER AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not replace liability terms in a signed service contract.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Snowfall Command Center and its officers, members, employees, and agents against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.
11. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that state or federal courts located in New Hampshire are the exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site or these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
13. Miscellaneous
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. They do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship with municipalities, contractors, or site visitors.
