Snowfall Command Center LLC
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Snowfall Command Center LLC (“Snowfall Command Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.snowfallcommandcenter.com (the “Site”) and is building three products: Snowfall App, Snowfall Biz, and Snowfall Winter Comms (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the Site, contact us, or use a demonstration of the Apps.
The Site and the Apps relate to winter operations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including the Nashua, NH corridor and the Lowell, Chelmsford, Tyngsborough, and Andover area, plus Attleboro MA, North Attleboro MA, and the Pawtucket RI area (Pawtucket / nearby Blackstone Valley).
The Site is for information and contact only. We do not offer customer accounts or online checkout on the Site.
The Apps
As of this update, Snowfall App, Snowfall Biz, and Snowfall Winter Comms are local demonstrations. They are not listed in the Apple App Store or any other public app store.
Nothing on this page means that Apple, Google, the National Weather Service, or FEMA endorses Snowfall Command Center or the Apps.
In the current demonstrations:
• We do not process live card charges.
• The Apps do not send SMS, email, or push notifications.
• Weather tracking is off.
• Live IPAWS alerting is off.
• Maps, when shown, are for display only. They are not emergency dispatch.
• Contacting 911 is not a feature of the Apps and is not a dispatch lane. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
We will update this Privacy Policy before any of those capabilities is turned on, and before the Apps collect or share personal information beyond a local demonstration on the device where the demo is running.
1. Information we collect
On the Site, we may collect:
• Contact details you provide (name, email address, phone number, organization or municipality, property or service address, and the content of your message) when you email us, call us, or submit a form on the Site.
• Basic technical information that our website host (Squarespace) and related tools may collect automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. Squarespace may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own policies.
• Records of our communications with you about services or contracts.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
The current App demonstrations do not send your information to us. Information you enter in a local demo stays on that device unless you separately contact us through the Site, email, or phone.
2. How we use information
We use information from the Site to:
• Respond to inquiries and discuss services;
• Prepare, negotiate, and perform seasonal driveway or municipal/contractor arrangements;
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• Comply with law and protect our rights.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share Site information with:
• Service providers who help us run the Site or business (for example, Squarespace as host, and email or phone providers), under obligations to protect the information;
• Professional advisors (legal, insurance, accounting) when needed;
• Authorities when required by law or to protect safety or rights;
• A successor if we are involved in a business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Independent contractors or municipal partners we work with receive only what is needed to evaluate or perform a specific engagement, and only with your knowledge when that engagement involves you.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies provided by Squarespace (and any analytics Squarespace enables for the Site). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site features. The current App demonstrations do not use that Site cookie setup.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for contract and business records, and as required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practicable.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small business website and email-based intake. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about this policy, by contacting:

We may need to verify your request. We may retain certain information when required by law or for legitimate business records (for example, executed contracts).
8. Third-party sites
The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before providing information. Mention of a third party in the Apps or on the Site is not an endorsement by that third party.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site or a demonstration of the Apps after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
